Increase your energy through breath

We take our breathing for granted, its something that happens naturally.  Now make your breathing work for you!  If you are feeling that afternoon fatigue, take some breaths.

Close your left nostril with your right ring finger.

Inhale and exhale deeply and slowly 9 times.

Feel energized, calm and focused.  All without added coffee.

  1. Roasted Herbs Squash i my favourite i even simple mashed potatoes that are half boiled and then mashing them on a hot oiled pan with some simple pick rock salt and spices, letting them burn a little bit and then just enjoying them with a netflix. Flossie Jeth Codel
